While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Methven cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. Methven reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.
Product prices offered on this Site may vary from other advertised prices.
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are valid and effective only within New Zealand and such prices do not include shipping and handling, which will be added to your total invoice price. The prices quoted do include GST. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges that may apply to your order.
While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. Methven reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 0800 804 222 so we can promptly resolve it for you.
Most items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. See Return Policy Basics for additional restrictions.
Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be charged to all returns.

Return Instructions
To start the return process, call us at 0800 804 222 and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.

Return Policy Basics
Merchandise in unused, like-new condition must be returned within 30 days of delivery, at your own cost.
Items purchased on methven.com cannot be returned to our stockists.
A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
All returns must include the following:
- Customer Receipt
- Original Packing Slip
- Return Authorization number
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 0800 804 222.
